My Prayer for you - That you take charge of your life

The devil cannot oppress you without your permission.

When we talk of the devils oppression we are referring to
1. Lack of spiritual passion.
2. Extreme frustration.
3. Confusion about purpose.
4. Lack of peace.
5. Unusually sluggish and tired
6. Strong urge to quit following unique purpose
7. Drawn back towards old bondages.
8. Questioning direction and call that was one so clear.
The responsibility of the devil is to stop what belongs to you from coming to you.
So many People live in fear and even christians too. The devil will attack you no matter how good you are.Take charge of your life for if you do not do something about it nothing may change.
Ignorance of the things of God keeps you in darkness and gives the devil the permission of mess with you

My prayer for you:

15 That is why, ever since I heard of your strong faith in the Lord Jesus and of the love you have for Christians everywhere, 16-17 I have never stopped thanking God for you. I pray for you constantly, asking God, the glorious Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, to give you wisdom to see clearly and really understand who Christ is and all that he has done for you. 18 I pray that your hearts will be flooded with light so that you can see something of the future he has called you to share. I want you to realize that God has been made rich because we who are Christ’s have been given to him! 19 I pray that you will begin to understand how incredibly great his power is to help those who believe him. It is that same mighty power 20 that raised Christ from the dead and seated him in the place of honor at God’s right hand in heaven, 21 far, far above any other king or ruler or dictator or leader. Yes, his honor is far more glorious than that of anyone else either in this world or in the world to come. 22 And God has put all things under his feet and made him the supreme Head of the Church— 23 which is his body, filled with himself, the Author and Giver of everything everywhere. Eph 1:15-23
The bible also says
14 Since we, God’s children, are human beings—made of flesh and blood—he became flesh and blood too by being born in human form; for only as a human being could he die and in dying break the power of the devil who had the power of death. Heb 2:14
Because we are human Jesus came as human so that through death he can make ineffective the one that has the power of death - the devil- and deliver those who all through their lives have been living in fear of death.
Jesus came to deliver us. Once we accept Jesus as our Lord and savior we are delivered. We cannot stay in that bondage when we proclaim the name of Jesus. The only way the devil stops you is by lying to you that you are in bondage. Jesus said - you shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free. We have been freed by the coming of Jesus the t is the present truth. The devil had been defeated and is not a factor.
What We must do
Once you recognize the attack begin to rise up in the faith and authority that Jesus has given you. Rebuke the attack and break it's power over your life. Remember Jesus gave us power and authority over all the demons and to heal diseases (Luke 9:1). Here are three keys to your freedom:
1. Break it with faith: "And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him" (Heb. 11:6).
2. Break it with prayer: "With all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit, and with this in view, be on the alert with all perseverance and petition for all the saints, and pray on my behalf, that utterance may be given to me in the opening of my mouth, to make known with boldness the mystery of the gospel" (Eph. 6:18-19).
13 And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 If you ask[a] anything in My name, I will do it. John 16:33
3. Break it with resistance: "Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you" (James 4:7).
God promises us:
33 I have told you all this so that you will have peace of heart and mind. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows; but cheer up, for I have overcome the world.” John 16:33
Once we come to this consciousness we have the power to kick the devil our permanently and be in control of our lives

Can we stop for a minute and ask ourselves what God had on His mind when he created us! This is a pertinent exercise to do.

If only we can stop reading the bible and start studying the bible and meditating on Gods word, we will transform our lives. If you get a hold of the word of God you can do anything. This we must understand.
I am blessed to have been patient to learn and apply these

The world is full of so many things especuially of the sufferings of many people and sometimes it becomes a challenge to the faith of many who are asking questions.
People ask; why do so many people suffer, are in pain, and many people think there is no God; they say if there is a God why will he let people suffer. why will he let the world be ruled by the wicked? These are all great questions. I was there. I know that its by Gods grace that i did not choose the extreme case. i opted to seek and find

We could say its because of bad government etc but is that really it? How about those who suffer in a place with excellent government?
With all these questions and challenges i want to share this with you from my studies of the word of God.
Jesus came to preach the good news
In Jesus' days people suffered, there was corruption, there was stealing and there was deception. The things happening today are not new; and in the midst of all these problems Jesus brought the gospel and he sent his disciples to bring the good news and he told us we are the light of the world.

The word of God is God’s creative material. Once you get hold of the WORD you can change anything.

Have you ever thoughy what was on Gods mind when he created you?
Eccl 3:14 says - I know that, whatsoever God doeth, it shall be for ever: nothing can be put to it, nor any thing taken from it: and God doeth it, that men should fear before him.

Here we know that whatever God does is forever. There is a perfection to the work of God.
Gen 1:31 says - God saw all that He had made, and behold, it was very good. And there was evening and there was morning, the sixth day. Notice the use of ALL

Your mentality can be your problem. Naturally we do not come up with a positive mentality because the soceity around us does not allow us to have a positive mentality in all things. We could have positive mindset in business but not in our heath or we can have in our health but not with our family.
Growing up with other people who have had the fears in life kills the faith you were born strong with. You acquire the fears others have grown up with. An these fears keep being transferred from generation to generation.
God is the only one who can tell us about His creation and we need to have the mentality He gives us and not the mentality of the world.
Once you are born again and receive the holy spirit in your life, He starts teaching you and showing you the meaning of this life that you have received. We have to therefore have our minds renewed.
Romans 12:2
Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is--his good, pleasing and perfect will.

We have to change our way of thinking . God has given us the necessary material to help us achieve that - HIS WORD

We just learned for instance that what God does is forever. If before we thought otherwise now should be thinking this way. Things change because we change our thinking. We have to change our thinking that is key. We have to use Gods creative material.

Imagine you grew up knowing some things like death or sickess have happenned to others in your family at a certain age; you start anticipatng it. You accept it because thats what has been happening. No one can change your mind about this because of past experience.

But today you are learning as the bible says - be not conform to this world - you know that today and maybe others in your family for instance have never really had the revelation from this.
The fact that you know of this today - you can change that.
Maybe you had even been programmed for failure but today you are beginning a reprogramming.
Life is from glory to glory and this is based on our understanding of the word of God. Just as Abraham it is how far our eyes can see.
Limitations is not in the world economy, it is not in who your leader is - it is in what you can see. What can you see. If you see the limitations so be it. If you see greatness then so be it.
Success is a condition of a man's spirit; Failure is not an experience its a condition of man's spirit.
Condition yourself for success through the word of God.

Col 4:12 says
Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ, saluteth you, always laboring fervently for you in prayers, that ye may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God.

Epaphras prayed that they come to maturity of Gods word. As long as you are a child in the things of God you are not different from a slave in the realms of the spirit. You will struggle with sickness and even with your faith, struggling in your prayers.

Gods dream for us is to come to maturity in Christ where we are full and in need of nothing.

When you study the word you gain more knowledge of the things of God.
James 1:4
But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing. No defect.

The consummate man - everything about him is brought to perfection; This is God’s dream for you if you believe it.
It will never happen to you if you you argue with it.
Accept Gods gift. He is not asking you for anything. He just wants to show you how to have a good life. So you can be perfect.
He wants you to be prosperous so you can help others be prosperous. But you must accept it first.
Faith is accepting that what God says is - is ; what he says was - was; and what he says will be- will be - thats the simplest definition of faith
If God says -  This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!
It is what it says
God says -
Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.
This is His Wish -  His dream for me

There is more in Christ. We need to come to Maturity.
We cannot ask God to do things for us , things for which he has given us the authority to handle years ago. Thats the maturity we need to be aware of.
However this maturity does not mean the devil will not attack; It means whenever he shows his face you know exactly how to kick him out.
This maturity is the spirituality of life realizing that the spiritual controls the material.
Men are not controlled by their minds but by the conditions of their spirit.
When you understand that you will never be at a disadvantage in your life. When you grasp this you become inveincible and unshakable.
If you want this perpetual victory, you should mediate if you want it to come in your spirit in reality.
Meditation is different from reading the bible. Meditating makes you take a hold of the truth of the word of God and make it yours

Put the word to work. Declare you know who you are
Once you grasp the word of God you talk with authority do not waver.
Remember Abraham  - He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God;

In faith let us come to a realization of who God wants us to be - our destiny in Christ. We have more power in us than we can ever imagine. Through the knowledge of the word of God we can bring that out. Lets do that.

I am graced for expansion! Hallelujah

GRACED FOR INCREASE AND EXPANSION

“Enlarge the place of thy tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of thine habitations: spare not, lengthen thy cords, and strengthen thy stakes; For thou shalt break forth on the right hand and on the left; and thy seed shall inherit the Gentiles, and make the desolate cities to be inhabited” (Isaiah 54:2-3).
Being born again, there’s an anointing in you for increase and expansion. You received that anointing when the Holy Spirit came to live in you.

That anointing causes everything you do to grow and expand, and makes your experience in life characterized by constant increase and expansion in an extraordinary way. That anointing makes everything you do multiply far above what you could ask, think, or imagine.
God’s desire is that you recognize this anointing and let it function in you and through you. Philemon 1:6 says, “That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.”
The anointing and grace for increase and expansion is upon your life, recognize it and walk in it.

AMEN

My month of blessings!!! Hallelujah

Our Month of blessing!

Meditate On This:

Blessings are on the head of the righteous...
Proverbs 10:6
God Blesses You, The Righteous
Whenever you find a promise or blessing for the righteous in the Bible, grab hold of it by saying, “Father, I receive this blessing in Jesus’ name!”

Let me show you how to practice this. When you read in Proverbs 10:6 that blessings are on the head of the righteous, say, “Thank You, Father, this promise is for ME because I have been made righteous through faith in Jesus and His finished work!”

So every day, instead of fearing that lack will devour you, expect God’s provision and blessings to hunt you down and surround you! Expect good things to happen to you. Say, “Father, I thank You that Your blessings crown my head. Your bountiful provisions are upon me and my household!”

Beloved, the more you begin to believe and speak words of abundance, provision and increase, the more you will experience the full blessings of the righteous!

I am a symbol of Prosperity

I AM THE SYMBOL OF PROSPERITY

And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise (Galatians 3:29).
Psalm 1:3 says concerning the one who delights in the Word and meditates on it day, and night: “And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.”
In the world today, many are confused, not knowing which way to go. For example, people switch jobs and businesses, looking for the one that’s more “lucrative.” As a Christian, you should be led of the Spirit, because you’re the seed of Abraham. Anything you touch is blessed. Everything you do prospers. Your decisions or choices shouldn’t primarily be motivated by financial factors, but by the wisdom and guidance of the Holy Spirit. Your success or prosperity is about who you are, and not about what business or job you do. You carry a blessing. When you step into a place, things start working!
Don’t say, “I want to travel to such-and-such a place, because it’s a good place;” no, you’re the good place. You’re a delightsome land! You’re the symbol of God’s blessings wherever you are, for you’re the carrier of His presence and His grace. When you show up, blessings show up, like Joseph, in the house of Potiphar. The Bible says Potiphar recognized that the Lord was with Joseph, and that all he did prospered. Therefore, he placed Joseph in charge of his entire household and estate, and God blessed him for Joseph’s sake (Genesis 39:1-5).
It’s your heritage as the seed of Abraham, not only to be blessed, but also to be a blessing. Those around you—your friends, colleagues, neighbours, etc.—should notice that because of you, favour has come to them; there’s expansion in their business, and progress in the entire city.
PRAYER
Dear Lord, I thank you for your wisdom that guides me, causing me to walk in your perfect will always, prospering in all that I do. Thank you for the impact of your Word in my life, and the understanding of the realities of your Kingdom, made possible by your Spirit that lives in me, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
FURTHER STUDY:
Deuteronomy 1:10-11
10 The LORD your God hath multiplied you, and, behold, ye are this day as the stars of heaven for multitude.
11 (The LORD God of your fathers make you a thousand times so many more as ye are, and bless you, as he hath promised you!)
Galatians 3:29
And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.

SERVE HIM WITH YOUR LIFE.

But the end and culmination of all things has now come near; keep sound minded and self-restrained and alert therefore for [the practice of] prayer (1 Peter 4:7 AMP).

Many people live as though this world is all there is. Life on earth is short. Whether you’re a politician, an entrepreneur, civil servant, whoever you are, and whatever activities you’re involved in, the end of all things is at hand. Therefore, live purposefully; serve God with your life. Live for His glory. Refuse to allow anything take your attention away from Him.

There’s so much wickedness and lawlessness, a superfluity of waywardness, in today’s world. As a result, the love of many has gone cold. Many aren’t as passionate and fervent for the Lord as they should: “And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold” (Matthew 24:12). Don’t let that happen to you. Remain excited about Jesus. Be excited about the Holy Spirit, about the Word of God, and about going to Church. Be excited to praise Him, irrespective of the challenges you might be facing, and the difficulties in today’s world. Be fervent in soul winning.

The Bible says he that endures to the end, the same shall be saved (Read Matthew 10:22). To “endure” means to go through certain difficulties and yet not give up. No wonder Paul said, “But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God” (Acts 20:24). He’s saying, “Come what may, I’m going to keep serving the Lord, fulfilling His ministry and calling for my life!”

Live for the Lord. The Bible says “And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again” (2 Corinthians 5:15). Let your love and commitment to Him be revealed in the way you talk, the things you do, and in your character. Love Him with all your heart, and express it lavishly by doing His Word.

CONFESSION
Precious Jesus, you’re the Lord of my life, and I live for your glory. You’ve made me a light to my world; therefore, I shine ever so brightly, leading others to righteousness. You’re my life and my joy; in you I live, and move, and have my being. You’re the glory of my life, and I love you with all my heart!

FURTHER STUDY:
Deuteronomy 10:12 And now, Israel, what doth the LORD thy God require of thee, but to fear the LORD thy God, to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve the LORD thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul,

John 9:4 I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.

2 Timothy 3:1-5 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. 2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, 4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; 5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

As A Christian Leader

" Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of Life." Proverbs 4:23)'

As christian, and as a Leader, we have responsibilities to God, and you also have responsibilities to yourself. One of them is your character.
Character is what defines you. It's what others see in you and your way of life: it is an expression of the investment in your personality. Your character is a product of your doing: you are, in essence the making of your own hands. God gave you a life, but what you make out of it is your responsibility.
If you're going to be an excellent person, it's your job; if you're going to be very successful, as an individual, minister and leader of the gospel, it will be from you.
This is because your character is your charge, and it's up to you to refine it using the light of God's Word.
Let the Word determine the character of your life; let Him be the one to judge it. if you have habits, mannerisms or thoughts processes that don't measure up with what the Word prescribe, change them. It's in your hands to change, and you can!
God gave us the ability to take our destinies into our hands, to mold our future, and to determine the level of our success.

It's exciting to know you can be what you choose to be, within the frame work of God's calling.
Remember, Daisy Osborn's wise Words, "Work on Being, Not on Having; for with what you are, you will have."

We are DELIVERERS we do not need DELIVERANCE!!! Praise God.

And saviours shall come up on mount Zion to judge the mount of Esau; and the kingdom shall be the Lord’s (Obadiah 1:21).
As Christians, we don’t need deliverance from the devil, for we’ve already been delivered: “Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son” (Colossians 1:12-13). You might then wonder why Jesus taught the disciples to pray, “And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from
evil...” (Matthew 6:13).
Jesus gave His disciples and those in the Old Testament this model of prayer because, at the time, the evil one—Satan—still had power over them and God was their succour. So, they had to pray to Him to deliver them from the evil one. But in the New Testament, after the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ, there’s no place in the Bible that suggests that we should pray about the devil, or ask God’s help against him. Satan and all his demons are under your feet; keep them there.
The most beautiful part isn’t that you’ve been delivered, but that you’ve been made a deliverer. Every Christian is a deliverer. We’re not the ones needing deliverance. We’re the ones giving deliverance. Our opening verse in the New International Version says, “Deliverers will go up on Mount Zion to govern the mountains of Esau. And the kingdom will be the LORD’s.”
We’re champions from Zion, anointed with the Holy Ghost and power to heal, bless, deliver and transform lives. We’re the hope of the world! You’re in the earth as an answer to the cry of many, to bring them out of darkness, into the glorious liberty of the sons of God. Hallelujah!
PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for making me the hope and light of the world, to bring deliverance and righteousness to many! I honour you for the awesome privilege to be a blessing to my world, as I impact many with the Gospel of Jesus Christ! Your grace is superabundant upon me today, to be fruitful, productive, and effective in the ministry of reconciliation, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
FURTHER STUDY:
Luke 4:18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,
2 Corinthians 5:18-19 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; 19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
Romans 8:19 For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.

Walking In His Perfect Will .

...that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God (Romans 12:2).

There's the good will, the acceptable will, and the perfect will of God. Always, what the Lord desires is for us to walk in His perfect will. The perfect will is God's design for you. That's God's definite will for your life.

A clear evidence of spiritual maturity is the ability to discern and walk in God's perfect will for your life. And this isn't something that's difficult; God's Word expresses His perfect thoughts and opinions, so you can trust the Word. Psalm 119:105 describes the Word as a lamp unto your feet, and a light unto your path. The Word gives you direction and guidance. So, you need to know God's Word to understand and walk in His perfect will for you.

Praying fervently and consistently in tongues is equally very important in recognizing and walking in God's perfect will. Praying in tongues, amongst its other benefits, conditions your spirit to be attuned and sensitive to the Holy Spirit, making it easier for you to receive direction and guidance in your spirit.

There're people who are into certain jobs and businesses because it's good, yet that's not God's perfect will for them. When you function in His good or acceptable will, you may or may not fulfill your destiny; you may or may not achieve God's purpose for your life. Living in the perfect will of God is living in God's best, because you're in His exact plans and purpose for you at a particular time.

In your life, before you take any major steps or decisions, be sure to find out God's perfect will by spending time in fellowship with the Holy Spirit, and meditation on the Word. Don't settle for the good or acceptable will; walk in His perfect will. It's the safest place to be.

PRAYER

I delight in you, O Lord! You make my paths straight and plain. Your Word is within my heart, and I walk circumspectly, in your perfect will at every stage of my life, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

Further Study: || Hebrews 10:7 Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God. ||

|| 1 John 2:17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever. ||

|| Colossians 1:9-10 For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; 10 That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God.

As i turn "a year wiser"

As I turn yet another year ‘wiser’ today, I reflect and look not just to my future, but i am giving myself the ability to think deeper into somethings that i consider very important to my generation and to my future.

I meditate on this day, my special day, I think deeply of my country Cameroon, my ancestors and my family who still live there.

I spent my childhood growing up this country, the land of my birth.

My experiences of this country make me whom I am today. It’s interesting for me to understand that of everything my country has been to me, and still is to me, I am only just now realizing how much I have to pray for my country.

Today I dedicate my special day, the day of my birth to my homeland, Cameroon.

I invite all of you to pray with me and to join me to intercede for my country Cameroon.

I currently reside in the United States of America. The importance of this country in my life also, cannot be overlooked. This country cannot be exempt of my prayers. I pray for the United States especially at this time, of great change an uncertainty.

The bible, in 1Timothy 2:1-4 tells us "I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty....

This scripture is the Spirit’s admonition through Paul to the Church on the importance of earnest intercession for all men, our countries or domicile and of origin and the leaders therein. The result of such is an overwhelming experience of God’s blessings of peace and prosperity.

Isaiah 1:19 the Bible tells us, “If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land.” This is part of what you do in obedience—praying, contending for the hearts of men in your country, and around the world, that His righteousness will be established, and all forms of evil, turmoil, wickedness, and terror, be thwarted.Today, the security and economic situations across our world are of great concern. But the Church holds the solution. The Church is the only restraining power against evil in the earth today (2 Thessalonians 2:7).

Some of us forget the need to pray for their country; instead they complain. This was me in the past, but not now. Not anymore. Please desist from complaining about your country. Don’t be that way! If we don’t stand up and pray together as one, for our country and its leaders, who will. How can we expect to enjoy the good of the land, unless we take responsibility for it and pray that God looks on us ‘with favor’?
Meanwhile, in every nation, the Bible shows that there’s a lot of good in the land.

Psalm 33:5 says, “... the earth is full of the goodness of the LORD.”Rise to the challenge and take up the responsibility of prayer. Pray earnestly and fervidly for the nations and leaders of the countries where you live or work, and then the rest of the world. Declare that God’s righteousness prevails, and His glory rests on, and influences, men’s hearts as God’s people boldly proclaim the Gospel. Pray also for ministers, that they be granted more grace to preach the Gospel with boldness and power, that many more souls may be added to the Lord all around the world.

Until the rapture takes place, we, as God’s people, hold the true reins of power in the nations, and have the authority to direct their course through prayer. Please join me as I pray for my countries –

Dear heavenly Father, I pray that your peace, progress and prosperity will reign in the nations of the world, and that you’ll grant the ministers of the Gospel the courage to preach and minister your Word boldly. I pray that the power and influence of their message will kindle your love in the hearts of men. Thank you for the tremendous and glorious transformation of many lives through the Gospel, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Today my heart goes out to the youth of my country Cameroon

We live at a time when we have the largest population ever between the ages of 15 - 30. Well close to 60% of our Country's population is below 30. This is the most educated population taking into consideration literacy levels, accessibility to education, level of education attained and graduation numbers. This is also the most connected generation with access to the Internet, television, and technology, but unfortunately this generation is the most held back.

Our youth are being stifled by a generation that is staying longer in positions of responsibility be it in the private or public sector. This generation is experiencing the largest unemployment levels since independence, and also the experiencing the largest exodus from the country allowing a huge brain drain or loss of human capital. The economy of the country has not expanded rapidly enough to accommodate this generation and government policies are not sophisticated enough to deal with this unprecedented challenges.

This is the state of the young people of Cameroon, this is a highly precarious state for any economy to face and yet very little is being done to understand the complexity of the situation let alone take action to address it.
So fellow Cameroonians, while we often think solutions must come from government, we live at a time when no one government, no one political party, no one NGO or business has the answers. It takes we the people to be part of the solution.

We need to mobilize and activate young people to begin to take action in communities across Cameroon that will lead not only to change but that will create opportunities to learn new skills as well as employment.

We need an informed and empowered youth that have a constructive voice with clear and unambiguous solutions and demands for action.

We need a youth that does not accept simple solutions but understands the complexity of the times in which we live and can patiently work towards implementing sustainable solutions.

Let us join the movement #iamcameroon to create an awareness for our youth.

My prayer for our youth

Father God, today we make mention of the youth in this next generation, especially the youth of Cameroon. We pray for an encounter with You, the One who can change everything.

Grant them a spirit of wisdom and revelation of insight into mysteries and secrets in the deep and intimate knowledge of You. Open eyes, hearts, and ears as only You can do. May all in this next generation know and understand the calling You’ve placed upon them, the inheritance You’ve given them, and what You, Father, have positioned them for and their purpose in this time and hour.

I pray for those who are wondering whether You care about them, if You know their names, if You heal, what their destinies are, and if they can have an effect on this world. Father, we know that You even caused this wonder. We pray for each person who is wondering about You and pray that connection would be made to You. Bring each one of them a personalized, detailed experience with You. Bring them personalized moments with the Holy Spirit that only You can give. AMEN. Praise be to God.
